Job Well Done! The RITSO Project completed

“An excellent and effective team! It’s nice to work with real professionals in their field. The project was completed on time with the minimum possible number of questions. All was done within the framework of the activity planned and agreements reached,” said Alexander Lomkov, FTC Corporation’s IT Project Manager.

The RITSO Project is an automated control system for the maintenance of engineering and technical security systems at transport safety facilities (RITSO TB control system). The CactusSoft team undertook a full-stack development, including both web and mobile applications.

With the help of these applications, the client can submit a request for repair work at any facility (e.g. for cameras or sensors). This request is then handled on the server, so that managers can assign workers and set out a suitable schedule for them. Automating and simplifying this process were the main goals of this project.

“The RITSO Project was my first project here, at CactusSoft, so it was a big responsibility for me to accept this challenge. One of the main difficulties was to complete it within a limited period of time and within a fixed budget. While it was important to keep to the deadline, it was equally important to keep the project’s quality high throughout the work,” says Project Manager Anton Kaptyug.

The team of 10 specialists has worked hard on this project for four months and has done everything possible to meet the customer’s needs. The development process included such technologies as PHP 7.1, Symfony, Doctrine, PostgreSQL, Angular 4, Android Java, Swift.

“We thank the CactusSoft team and management and hope we will continue to have a strong collaborative relationship in future”.
