Cactus is ready to expand the team with a Senior Business Analyst in its hub in Tbilisi, Georgia, to support one of our key clients in the construction sector. In this role, you will work full-time for a company delivering software for the construction industry while being part of Cactus.

What You Will Do
- Own the analysis delivery within the project scope, budget, and timeline, ensuring it meets customer expectations and quality standards. You will be the right hand of the product owner.
- Analyze business requirements and assess the impact of changes while translating customer needs into detailed and efficient documentation (use cases, systems interaction diagrams, etc.).
- Document product specifications and ensure updates in the collaboration tooling.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, operations, and technology teams to ensure smooth delivery of requirements.
- Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies and a pragmatic approach to project and product analysis.
- Assist in defining test strategies, methodologies, and test plans, and support test execution.
- Collaborate closely with the client’s teams, contributing your expertise in ERP systems and digital process optimization.
What We Expect
- A higher degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
- 3-6 years of Business Analysis experience, ideally with a background in IT and ERP systems.
- Hands-on experience with functional analysis in ERP systems.
- Proficiency in translating business needs into actionable requirements.
- Expertise in business analysis, process modeling (UML, BPMN, etc.), and optimization.
- Proven ability to write and update process and functionality documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to balance detailed focus and the bigger picture.
- A flexible, results-driven, and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent self-management skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and proactivity in your approach.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher.
- A strong affinity with technology and IT solutions.
