Cactus is ready to expand the team with a Geographic Information System Specialist in its hub in Tbilisi, Georgia. In this role, you will support one of our clients, working with a leading tolling and traffic management technology provider in Belgium. This position involves working on traffic sign recognition and making corresponding edits.

What You Will Do
- Manually edit road segments on the company’s maps and tools by using OSM, Mapillary, TMC tables, and the Google Earth application for issue investigation.
- Make valid edits in OSM as needed (sometimes using specific toll JOSM).
- Evaluate traffic sign recognition and make corresponding edits in the company tool.
- Fix errors in maps.
- Address bugs.
What We Expect
- Proficiency in OSM/ Google streepmap knowledge (2+ years).
- GIS knowledge.
- Document creation skills.
- Proficiency with DevTools.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Familiarity with TestRail.
- Understanding of traffic rules, especially for trucks.
- Ability to work with large amounts of data and perform repetitive tasks.
- Attention to detail and patience.
- Strong analytical and logical skills, with the ability to maintain focus.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher.
- Nice to have: quality assurance skills & QGIS experience.
