Can we scale the team up or down during the project?

We initially install a proper team at the right size, but we remain flexible to modify it along the circumstances. Some roles may even be part-time.

When assigning a specific person for a specific period we will ask for an hourly rate multiplied by the hours delivered. These hours are tracked on our project management software.
