Cactus was engaged recently by Dakyo to develop DakyoCert, a tool to enable the automation of complex certification and auditing processes for telco field installations. What followed was much more than a software launch; it was a leap toward a smarter, more efficient way of working.
Dakyo is an engineering company specialized in telecommunications services and consulting, based in Seville. Their core activities spams through 2 areas:
Telecommunications: Designing and deploying telco equipment and networks with a focus on coverage, capacity and availability; measurement, modelling, and delivery with KPIs to ensure reliable operation.
Energy: Developing solutions for self-consumption and energy efficiency; sizing, monitoring and maintenance oriented to reducing operational expenditure.
In 2025, the company partnered with Cactus with a goal: to develop an application that would allow field technicians to document their interventions directly from a mobile device so reporting and certification becomes easier.
Through this collaboration, Dakyo took a step toward the digitalization of its processes, embracing technological innovation as a lever to enhance operational efficiency, traceability, and service quality.
Managing field installations and certifications is one of Dakyo’s most critical operational activities, with a direct impact on service quality and customer satisfaction.
However, the use of manual records and non-integrated tools limited agility, made data control difficult, and reduced analytical capacity.
The challenge was to optimize this process through a digital solution that would eliminate manual tasks, reduce errors, and provide real-time access to reliable information.
DakyoCert was developed as a cross-platform mobile application designed to optimize fieldwork in Radio Certification and Audit processes, allowing technicians to document their interventions directly from their mobile devices.
The tool is fully integrated into the company’s operational workflow, connecting on-site activities with corporate management systems and ensuring greater traceability, efficiency, and data reliability.
Key initiatives implemented:
The implementation of DakyoCert has marked a turning point in Dakyo’s digital transformation, strengthening communication between teams, reducing operational time, and adding a new layer of intelligence to field management.
Dakyo now operates with a centralized and structured database that enables tighter operational control, performance monitoring, and data-driven decision-making for his commitment to operational excellence, service quality, and a digital culture that drives continuous improvement.

DakyoCert is a great example of how digital innovation can turn core engineering processes into more efficient, controlled, and insightful operations. By working with Cactus, Dakyo has simplified its certification and audit workflows through mobility, automation, and centralized data, reinforcing its commitment to technological transformation in the telecommunications sector.
