AI, Talent & Tomorrow: Key Takeaways from the Cactus Summit
For some time, we had been considering creating a moment where people from the tech ecosystem and the academic world could come together to reflect on how artificial intelligence is reshaping software roles. We wanted an environment that encouraged open conversation and genuine curiosity, and we hoped to host it in a place that felt as inspiring as the topic itself. The iconic Wintercircus offered exactly that atmosphere. It brought the right balance of energy and familiarity, making it an ideal setting for gathering customers, friends and partners to explore how the future of software work is taking shape.
With this idea in mind, Cactus welcomed attendees to the Wintercircus for a focused afternoon on software staffing in the age of artificial intelligence. HR managers, product owners, team leads and other industry leaders joined us for a series of concise sessions designed to spark reflection and offer practical insights. Over lunch, participants exchanged experiences and perspectives, turning the event into an open and engaging forum on the opportunities and challenges ahead.
