Cactus used its CRAFT methodology to design a custom solution for Xandres. The app enables customers to create personalized fitting lists by scanning garment barcodes with their smartphones. Once scanned, the lists are automatically sent to the stockroom, where a Xandres employee prepares the selected items and places them at the designated pickup point for the sales team to deliver to the customer.mer.
Additionally, a web-based management interface was developed to provide Xandres with real-time inventory management and features, further streamlining operations.
